  • 7+ Years experience as Product Owner/Business Analyst in Mobile Banking domain.
  • Must have experience Data mapping, json, Automation and SQL skills.
  • Must have worked on projects with Agile methodology. Excellent understanding of SAFE and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to visualize the solution to address the business needs appropriately.
  • Should have excellent analytical, documentation and presentation skill.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, with good attention to detail.
  • Team player with ability to constructively engage different personality types, across various geographical locations.
What you will be doing:
  • Work closely with Product manager and align development team on product strategy and priorities.
  • Understand business requirements, break down the high-level requirements into user stories based on the detailed requirements.
  • Maintain and develop team requirements backlog, perform iteration planning and execution.
  • Serve as customer proxy on the development team, interact with the technical team and provide necessary support to understand the requirement throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
  • Manage end to end traceability of business requirements from initial scoping through solution design, quality assurance and delivery.
  • Think out of the box and come with creative solutions maximizing the available resources and minimizing impact on the environment
  • Influence decisions and requirements from all involved entities in order to meet the business requirement in most optimal and flexible manner
  • Perform testing as required. Help developers to perform systems and integration testing.
  • Work in an international environment with stake holders from multiple ethnicities
  • Would be required to work alone as well as in teams.

  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios.
