Job Description

*Primary Technical Support EngineerKey Responsibilities: Responsible for providing technical support in pre-sales (product selection, application information) and post-sales (product installation, technical characteristics, technical complaints) to customers on all available channels (ex: phone, email, chat, web) and prioritizing customer s support needs. Resolve technical requests from customer for product and solutions effectively within a fixed timeframe. Understand, evaluate and reproduce received technical questions, determine the causes and convey the solution to the reported problem. Creating and managing knowledgebase based on validated solutions. Ready to assist on onsite intervention when solving non-standard or critical issues.Core Competencies: Minimum 3-6 years of hands-on experience on Field Services, Maintenance, Electrical Testing, Installation and commissioning, Projects of all LV products (Breakers, Motor Control Center, Metering, Power Factor Correction, Industrial communication and Networking etc.) Knowledge on EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert, EcoStruxure Power Scada operation, SoMove, Ecoreach, ION software, Easergy Studio and numerical relays. Understanding of various Industrial Communication network such as Modbus, Modbus TCP/IP RIO, CAN Open, Profibus, Ethernet/IP and Client Server Architecture. Hands-on experience and wide understanding of Schneider Electric products, solutions and engineering concepts would be an advantage. Basis knowledge of MS-office. Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written) and the ability to interact with global customers. Excellent problem solving and data analytical approach. Excellent team player., *Bachelor s degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering
