Job Description

*

  • Candidate should be an expert of all Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Power point.
  • Candidate has to publish various performance reports on daily basis, like daily OB report (Time bound before 9am daily), Distribution performance dashboards, Reward Schemes etc
  • Candidate has to play a good team player role, has to coordinate with 20 team members for sales follow up, report submissions, helping team in order booking, report creation templates etc
  • Candidate has to learn Salesforce tool (bFO) to become a master and to lead the same for the region, Candidate should be capable of presenting the various dashboards to Sr. Management, should have expert communication skills and power point know how.
  • Candidate has to do traveling with in region, Overnight stay travel (Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, J&K, Panipat, Sonipat, Shimla), To meet the channel partners, motivate them for doing business on SD, motivate them to participate in different company schemes, training of channel partner sales team, coordination with channel sales team for business and their reporting
  • Candidate has to do tele calling to channels/customers for payment follow up, scheme explanation, planning their digital trainings on time to time basis.
  • Candidate has to do close loop working with all the sales team for routine sales working
  • Candidate has to operate SAP and Tableau and other company tools as per need
