- 15+ years of total experience in various IT roles.- Minimum of 5 years in a software engineering management position such as CTO , Head of Engineering , or VP of Engineering.- Experience and excellent understanding of using various public / private IaaS , PaaS , or SaaS based platforms. This includes AWS , Azure , GCP , IBM and others.- Production experience in SaaSOps / TechOps / Infrastructure Ops / DevOps , as well as networking , performance , security etc.- Experience and strong understanding of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.- Experience in the working of latest tech trends including containers , orchestration , full stack , configuration management etc.- Strong knowledge of system architectural patterns and system scalability.- Understanding of current enterprise software technologies and development practices / tools , including virtualization , source control , automation technologies.- Lead a team of software engineers within the last 5 years where you were responsible for goal setting , performance measurement , and hiring / firing decisions (direct reporting lines).,
