Job Description

Pre Sales Business Analyst, a professional who is responsible for ensuring Clients get good experience with FATbit Pre-Sales. He/ She should have fluent written and verbal communication skills and should be an expert in engaging clients, requirements gathering. Candidate should have worked on same or similar profile in a web/ mobile solutions development company. Candidate should have an experience in writing Proposals/ RFPs/ RFIs and presentations, presales business documents. Candidate should have excellent communication/ presentation skills. Should be having experience of coordinating with different Teams leaders to prepare complete proposals and tracking the inputs Strong team player and a positive attitude Proven analytical skills and strategic thinking Keep updated about the latest updates in the web, ecommerce and mobile commerce industry Job Responsibilities: Mapping the solution and complete proposal with clients requirement. Working as the Head of the proposal document and ensuring the fitness as per the RFI/ RFP/ RFQ demand. Translating and simplifying requirements Requirement gathering from clients by understanding their needs. Defining, analyzing and documenting the requirements as Project Requirements Specification Document Taking approval from client on the Requirements Specification Document and after approval from client handing over the project to Project Delivery Team Communication with clients and team for ensuring there are no gaps Conflicts Management if there are any issues/ concerns reported by any client or project team member. Keep yourself updated about the latest updates in the web, ecommerce and mobile commerce industry Training other team members by scheduling and conducting knowledge sharing sessions Calls with the clients Custom Requirements Understanding/ Gathering Involve Seniors Team members, if required Follow up with prospects Ensure superior customer satisfaction before and after project delivery Participate in conversation between post-sales department and client Give suggestions to improve products and share client feedback on the features which are mostly required Initiative Identifies and resolves problems. Dependability Meets schedules consistently including deadlines and project requirements. Quality of Work Applies job knowledge effectively and thoroughly. Demonstrates reliability and accuracy in work performance Review FATbit Services and Products and get familiar with them Improve written and verbal communication Conversation in English within the organization Number of Leads Handled Number of Leads won/ lost Maintain Leads status on CRM Process Gaps Identification - Any changes we can do in our process, to convert the leads better,
