Job Description

Pre - Sales/Solution Consultants are an integral part of the sales team. They act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a particular field. They add value by providing their expertise throughout the sales process and ultimately influencing sales. Being part of the Sales Team, you would be expected to:

  • Prospect and build a pipeline to create partnerships.
  • Communicate knowledge of currently active or upcoming federal/state government projects.
  • Conduct discovery to uncover details of prospect s business problems.
  • Support the agency requirements & bidding opportunities research efforts
  • Carry out research to stay ahead of their particular area of expertise including understanding the current & future market, product and competitor landscape.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, written & verbal and questioning skills with even better listening skills.
  • Strong problem - solving skills including an ability to think on their feet when faced with challenging questions in the sales environment.
  • Strong client - facing skills, e.g. telephonic meetings & presenting to clients.
  • Should be able to maintain a positive attitude under all circumstances.
  • Problem Solving/Critical Thinking Skills.
  • Sales Mindset.
  • Content Writing (Desired)
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Well defined Career Path
  • Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence based recruiting Platform, ATS, Internal Databases, Cloud based Operations
