Job Description

  • 12 - 14 years of experience in Scrum Master role.
  • Exposure to SAFe Methodology, JIRA, TFS and Metrics Reporting, PowerPoint, Management reporting.
  • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills. Possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
  • Expertise in estimation and planning. Knowledge of creating useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
  • Professional education qualification on any of the following streams: BE/B.Tech/MCA/ME/M.Tech/M.sc
What you will be doing:
  • Manages project risks, issues/problems and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.
  • Facilitates Scrum ceremonies as requested or needed, maintains time-box ceremonies. Practices the core agile principles in collaboration, prioritization, accountability.
  • Promotes continuous improvement throughout the product cycle and facilitate sprint demos, planning and retrospectives.
  • Provide status reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), schedules, resources and milestone delivery
