We are looking for an outstanding Web Developer & Project Coordinator to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of our website. Responsibilities and Duties: Working with Senior Developer. Active involvement in development, enhancements/ improvements & maintenance of the products. Learn & implement AdSense tools. Implementation of Google Analytics. Timely delivery of projects. Demonstrates flexibility in day- to- day work. Programmatic approach to solve the problems. Sets high standards of performance for oneself. Understands the professional development process and becomes actively involved by setting challenging goals and meeting them through continuous learning & product development. Establishes harmonious working relationships with team members. Seeks input from mentors and supervisors. Displays a positive attitude. Key Skills: PHP & MySQL, XML/ JSON and RDBMS concepts. Working knowledge of Php5, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, WordPress, MVC frameworks and Complex Queries. Knowledge of WordPress CMS (Creating Post, Uploading images, theme Implementation, Plugins and Structure of WordPress). Knowledge of Server commands and Putty (This is plus if have basic skills in commands). Should have strong understanding of Logic and Data Structure. Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent attention to detail and follow- through. Must exemplify a high level of professionalism, a positive attitude, and the knowledge and ability to keep information confidential. Strong ability in planning and organization. Strong ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities and meet deadlines. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including excellent knowledge in the use of PowerPoint. Ability to track, monitor, synthesize and analyse data. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent in related field with an extensive knowledge of web technologies and applications is required Experience required : 3- 4 Years.
