Job Description

Maintaining day to day books of Accounts in Tally ERP9. Preparation of Bank reconciliation on weekly basis. Preparation of Debtors, Creditors Aging Reports & stock statement on weekly basis Maintain Journal Entry Sale, Purchase & Expenses Invoice. TDS working and online TDS payment TDS returned filling Preparing data for GSTR1, GSTR2, GSTR3, GSTR3B. Preparing E-bill. Regular follow up outstanding payment s & reconciliation. Maintaining the document s for all the transactions and filling. Preparation of supporting documentation for auditing whenever customer or auditorsrequired. Maintaining day to day Petty cash expenses, Office files & Preparation of Vouchers. Preparation of Import Export related Documents. Preparation of Daily Bank statement (Receipts and Payment s)in Excel format Handling Petty Cash, Office files & record maintenance, Preparation of Vouchers. Preparing all data entry related accounts. Generating Invoices. Preparing RTGS & NEFT Fund. To ensure all filling is done in a timely & accurate manner. To Process website order to final consumer Any other responsibility as assigned by Management from Time to Time.
