We are looking for the Account executive who will be responsible for day to day account, bank reconciliation, tally entry, preparing financial reports, payment follow - ups, performing various other accounts and financial tasks.

Duties:Good communication and presentation skills, good knowledge of MS - Word, MS - Excel, Tally. ERP9, computer and/ or other accounting software
Accounting, data entry, review of data in accounting software Tally ERP9
Preparation of various MIS reports on monthly basis
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Taking the updates from the clients about the payment.
Keep a track on the payment done and which has to be made.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Computing taxes and prepares tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc.
Conduct month - end and year - end close process.
Collect, analyze and summarize account information.
