As the Admissions Associate, you will be responsible for:1. Receiving fresh leads from various lead sources2. Speaking with fresh leads to qualify them based on their profile and intent to study abroad (these parameters will be discussed)3. Co-ordinate and setup the handover of this lead to a predetermined (regional) admissions counselors4. Meticulous note taking and record keeping and usage of the CRM software to track all leads/conversations conducted5. Apt follow-ups via multiple touchpoints to ensure a predetermined % of outreach contact ability is achieved6. Represent the company professionally and accurately to ensure the student continues the conversation with the senior admissions counsellor7. Adhere to Outreach and efficiency targetsThe Admissions Associate will be responsible for working directly as the 1st level of interaction with prospective Students/Parents.They have the unique opportunity to represent the company by being the first touch point with the students, and thus ensuring they project a strong and professional image of the organisation.Who are we looking for 1. 1-3 years of professional experience in either sales or admissions2. Experience in BPO Sales will also be considered3. Freshers may be considered but only after the above criteria are not yielding candidates3. Ability to approach any situation with patience, empathy, and an innate follow-up mechanism4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills5. Technology: Comfortable with using CRM software LSQ experience will be preferred6. Entrepreneurial: Willing to quickly adapt and learn, and has a get-it-done attitude
