Urgent opening for AGM- HORECA & MTposition, Mumbai locationPosition - AGM-HORECA & MTIndustry -FMCG/FBQualification- Any GraduateExperience - Min. 14-15 YearsSalary - Upto 8 LPALocation-MumbaiResponsibilities -

  • To take care of existing accounts, making plans to visit existing & potential HoReCa Customers.
  • Monitor and implement sales activities/ promotion programs
  • Find out the customers needs for sales opportunities & develop the accounts
  • Increase sales volume for targets achievement
  • Closely inform sales manager any issues of selling or customers complaints.
  • Make daily sales activity report, weekly work plans & account management report to sales manager
  • Follow up with customers for any payments are overdue
  • In Modern Trade And General Trade, Horeca, Range Sales & Merchandising, Operation & Channel Management.
  • Ability To Handle Multiple Functions And Activities In High-Pressure Environments With Tight Deadlines.
  • Demonstrated Capability Of Enhancing Market Penetration Coupled With Excellent Analytical Skills And Primary Focus To Increase Revenue For The Organization.
  • NSM,PAN INDIA PROFILE,SALES PLAN,BUDGETING,TEAM MANAGEMENT,OPERATION,PRODUCTION PLAN,PENETRATION, TOT FINALIZATION BTL ACTIVITY MARKETING STRATEGY NEW LISTING AND NEW BRAND LAUNCH NEGOTIATION CRM INVESTMENT PLAN AGAINST VOLUME GROWTH. BRAND BUILDING EXERCISE.
  • TOT Finalization, Account Activation, MBQ, PO, Listing ,Mapping, Assortment,Promotion, JBP closure, Monthly Promotion activity ,Team Management, Operation.
  • Taking care of Promotion, Distributor management,collection,PO, team handling etc.
  • PO, Team Management, fill rate, Primary sales , Secondary sales, Market Work, Distributor management, Territory Growth store wise SKU wise analysis, Town wise analyses, merchandising ,Promoter Plan etc
