Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Opening for AM - Accounts Receivables.Job Description

  • Maintain Up-To-Date Billing System and Generate And Send Out Invoices
  • Carry Out Billing, Collection And Reporting Activities According To Specific Deadlines
  • Ensure Revenue Assurance and report monthly dashboard for revenue for all Business
  • units
  • Perform Account Reconciliations
  • Monitor Customer Account Details For Non-Payments, Delayed Payments And Other Irregularities
  • Research And Resolve Payment Discrepancies
  • Follow Established Procedures For Processing Receipts, Cash Etc
  • Prepare Bank Deposits
  • Process Adjustments
  • Assist With Month-End Closing and
  • Ensure TDS as per 26AS is accounted and TDS certificates are collected from customers
  • Assit in statutory and internal audits and prepare audit Schedules
  • Prepare analytical and ratio analysis in relation to A/R and stock statements for bank reportings
  • Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
  • Knowledge Of Accounts Receivable
  • Knowledge Of General Accounting
  • Proficient In ERP like Oracle/Tally/SAP (any) and MS Excel
  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Standards And Compliance Requirements
  • 2-3 Years Accounts Receivable And General Accounting Experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player and Support other team members
  • Willing to take up new projects /assignments
