Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We have Opening for AM CUSTOMER CARERoles & Responsibilities:-- Ensure process maps and workflows are in place and validated regularly.- Promptly address any process gaps and stakeholder priorities.- Ensure metrics & reporting activities are seamless.- Continuous input and improvement basis on feedback from customers.- Create scalable processes with different stakeholders within the organisation to ensuretimely resolution to customer queries.- Support the customer through an email ticketing system and phone calls in aprofessional manner and provide information about products and services as required bythe callers.- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determiningthe cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problemand following up to ensure resolution.- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.- Support & promote Innovation.Requirements:- Bachelors Degree in any stream.- Rich experience (At least 3 years) in handling customer care/services departmentpreferably in E-commerce domains.- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative- Strong email, call handling skills and active listening- Familiarity with ticket & CRM systems and practices- Shopify- Freshdesk- Delivery partner dashboards- E-commerce marketplace dashboards (Amazon, Flipkart)- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectivelyRegards,Team HR
