Job Title : AnalystPosition reports: to Assistant General ManagerMinimum Qualification : MBA - Tier 1, Tier 2 Institutes / CAMinimum Experience : 2- 5 yearsSpecial Skills/Attributes :- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with acute attention to detail - Self-starting and hands-on skills, innovation, and willingness to work with minimal direct supervision and ready to work on demanding deadlines- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills- Ability to present ideas and concepts clearly to Senior Management and peer groups- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. Exposure to BI tools is preferableKey Responsibilities :- Accurate and timely generation of periodic MIS for management reporting, including preparation of relevant dashboards for performance analysis- Independently handle data collation and quality check - Manage, prepare, administer, and direct the control of budget.
