Job DescriptionMain assignment:Carrying out application studies while participating in the definition of the protocols and summarizing the results in the context of the development of new applications, new products and studies requested by the Business units, the Programs Managers or in the framework of internal application studies.Context and environment:This job is performed within Roquette Innovation Center and covers various application fields.The job is performed in collaboration with the Innovation managers and other cross-functional departments (technical sales, marketing, production,etc.).Main responsibilities:

  • Should be good in Application and NPD for Baking, Snacking products and Blends.
  • Engage in product development ( such as new idea generation, screening, testing, building market strategy)
  • Support innovation i.e for the implementation of new ideas for the NPD
  • Should travel for customer trials and troubleshooting.
  • Should prepare samples for customer visits and to handle customer complaints.
  • Maintain equipment s / instruments are properly in the application lab .
  • Setup library for recipes for dairy products.
  • Communicate with customers and work closely with Sales Manager in order to ensure good follow up and success of lab projects
  • Applying and participating in the development of the protocols concerning the use of the equipment and in the development of the Methods for Application Tests.
Profile:Education and training:
  • Masters in Food Science 2 year experience
  • Bachelors in Food Science 2 year experience
