We are an IT managed services company based in Mumbai. We are currently looking to hire for - Application Support- . Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred. Job Location: MaladRoles & Responsibility:- Monitor and recommend changes if required to all PL/ SQL packages and provide stored procedures and design and develop various relational database.- Creating Job and Scheduler.- Performance Monitoring- Space Management- Analyzing application slowness and rectifying the same- Database backup and Restore.- Coordinating and providing support to the development team.Daily monitoring the database backups on various servers.- Daily monitoring the database backups on various servers.- Closure of the tickets which are raised by the clients.- Coordinating with the local server team for server related issues.- Solving the technical queries which are escalated from the clients.- Knowledge of IIS server.- User handlingEducation, Experience and Skills required:- BCA/ MCA/ BE / B.Tech or (Computer Science, IT)/MSc in IT or equivalent- Good communication skills- Strong Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.- Working Knowledge in MS Excel.- Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL.- Flexible with working in 7am-10pm rotational support role. Weekoffs are on Saturday and Sundays but should be comfortable working on the weekends if required.,
