Job Description

    Experience in Operations & Business Excellence, Strategy formulation, strategic and global sourcing of direct materials and services, 3P-IPO, supplier management, logistics, Program managing large scale cost reduction initiatives Strategic Alliances, Supply chain, Digital and distribution and Go-to marketBusiness development capability/Market relationships: - Manage sales process for large and complex opportunities deploying win and negotiation strategies- Involved from Account planning to closure- Creating compelling business case for prospective clients for adopting digital solutions to fit product strategy, create differentiation and drive revenue growth- Lead business planning initiatives to raise fund from investors down the line- Good working relationship with major non-Channel-1 & 2 and international clients which can be leveraged for pitchingTechnical Assessment- Good techno commercial understanding of bulk categories handled in past engagements, mainly Steam Engines, castings, forgings (gears, shafts), machined components, sheet metals, proprietary items etc.- Good understanding of P to P process, Procurement Organization, taxation for both in-bound and out-bound logistics- Zeal to learn about complex categories of Mechanical packages, Rotary and Static MechanicalOther Specs- Delivered large scale transformation projects for fortune 500 companies across geographies- Lead deliveries, including resource planning and project tracking/reviews- Managed large teams depending upon type and project and client expectations- Build Client Relationships and establish self as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite through indepth client / industry understanding- Project P&L, Invoice management- Manage sales process for large and complex opportunities deploying win and negotiation strategies,
