10 to 15 years of experience in development of electronic hardware for diagnostic / therapeutic medical systems- Demonstrated experience in concept to product release for manufacturing, thorough understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI), regulatory compliance process and related documentation.- Have knowledge in developing system level electrical architecture and execution.- Write the electrical system and sub-system specifications, review documentation and drawings.- Hands on experience with application processors, CPLD/FPGA, along with expertise on power circuits like AC-DC, DC-DC.- Hands on experience with circuit analysis and simulations for thermal / signal / power integrity.- Review the Electrical concepts, schematics, layout design and guide the team.- Drive board bring up, performance tests, debugging and review with expert panel.- Have experience in creating electrical sub-system project plan and integrate with program plan.- Ensure Electrical design /sub-systems intergraded with mechanical & Software sub-systems and functional.- Proven knowledge on standards like IEC60601-1, IEC60601-1-2 EMI/EMC, ISO 80601-2-13 & ISO 80601-2-55 capable to guide and execute the standards testing and mitigate the issues.- Have collaboration with Internal and External team to bring best practices.- Access the risk in advance, FMEA and reliability assessment.- Have detailed discussion with Supplier, select right partner/supplier to develop PWAs & Cable assemblies and drive cost effective solution to meet product cost target.
