He is the one who plays a pivotal role in achieving the sales targets and eventually generates revenue for the organization.JOB DUTIES : Should have strong experience in Business to Customers.(B2C) Execute the business plan and Sales strategy for the assigned market that ensures attainment of company Sales goals and profitability. Responsible for realization of revenue and the targets for walk ins/ Membership plans for assigned geographical area/ Centre. Take the ownership of attaining Revenue targets Building potential opportunity and funnel for the Sales teams. Organize outreach programs with prospective patient community for Residential segment, presidents, local clubs, schools, NGOs colleges and other local bodies with a view to generate footfalls from them. Ensuring regular update and maintenance of customer database for the assigned Centre/ Region. Work towards increased market and product diversification opportunities to expand business. Track, Maintain and submit daily sales/ activity Report, feedback, complaints received through marketing activities. JOB REQUIREMENTS : Education: Graduate with MBA in Mktg (preferred); BCOM/ BSC/ BHMS Candidates worked with these industries will be preferred ( Telecom, Insurance/ Banking & Financial Sector) Proficient in English & Hindi; good knowledge of Marathi would be an advantage; excellent communication and presentation skills; Total experience of at least 2- 6 years in sales in b2c environment Assistant Manager / Manager Business Development,
