Job Description

You will be based at corporate office of a reputed Pharma company near Mumbai (Andheri) .Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handling All India CFA/Depot Operations
  • Maintaining various Master data in system
  • Co-ordinate with CA/CFA/Depot of for sales & month closing in time.
  • Monitoring of checking and approval of stockiest Salable/ breakage /expiry stock
  • Checking of Delay in Dispatch as well as collection & taking further needful action.
  • Getting clarification from locations for stock variance & take further needful action.
  • Checking of rate charged &; sales tax applied by locations.
  • Checking of Stockiest appointment form, send for approval & inform to concern accordingly.
  • Implementing Company policies at location and ensuring their working accordingly.
  • Arranging form F &C at Location complete their Sales Tax Assessment.
  • To get Monthly statements along with physical stock verification report from location.
  • Stock Reconciliation for Stock transferred from Location to our CWH (checking short/excess receipt of stock & accordingly pass JV to knock off the difference).
  • Keeping data for F Form
  • Commission & Expenses working of all C&FA as per agreement.
  • Critical Outstanding of location.
  • Keeping proper control over credit period of stockiest.
