Detailed Planning and Cost estimation for Project Activities under Civil and Structural/ Mechanical and Piping/ Electrical/ Instrumentation. Ensuring that projects are completed in time, within the budget and deliver the intended performance. Basic and detailed Engineering : Preparation of Plot Plan/ Equipment layout/ piping layouts in Auto Cad. Preparation and checking specifications for Process and Utility equipment/ Piping/ Mechanical / Electrical/ Civil and raising Purchase Indents for equipment and material. Estimation of BOQ for Process/ Mechanical/ Electrical jobs for the Project. Sizing of Process equipment and pipe lines. Monitoring Project implementation : Supervision of the project activities to ensure quality, and tracking of project on a daily basis in MS Projects to ensure timely completion Management/ Co-ordination with contractors to ensure smooth progress of activities under Projects. Inspection/ Installation and Commissioning of Plant/ Process equipment. Verification of work and scrutiny of bills for supplies/ work done by external Contractors.
