Job Description

Should be able to acquire and handle clients. Should have sound product knowledge. Must be able to cross sell company s products - equity , commodity , currency , depository , online trading mutual funds , etc. Maintaining relationships with the clients , cross sell them products and resolve their queries. Developing a Database of vital contacts to build up a healthy pipeline of new and existing contacts across. Daily and monthly MIS reporting. Solve the queries to all team members. Responsible for achieving targets based on client acquisition and revenue generation. Stay updated with equity / commodity / currency market , and there after updates the clients. Develop and maintain a long - term relationship with the clients to maintain a high level of retention of the existing clients and generate business. Qualifications and Skills : A proven track record of self - generating own business leads and referrals from internal and external sources. Excellent communication , listening and negotiation skills. Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply. Excellent presentation skills. Aggressive and confident with sound knowledge of markets and a flair for sales. Ability to multi - task , including being on the field for client acquisition , taking care of client s risk position , communicating with clients over the phone , assessing their needs , researching information and providing solutions all at one time. Positive attitude , enthusiasm , professionalism , and strong work - ethic with high level of integrity and ethics. Proven ability to work well in a fast paced environment and handle stress and be on field for continuous business generation and new client acquisition. Profile : Team Handling minimum 10 or more , Team Target oriented , Good Communication. Minimum 1 to 3 Year Experience in Stock Market.,
