As an Associate you will be responsible for delivering on monthly MIS reporting and analysis as a part of the Corporate and Investment Bank CFO Support group Specifically Markets CFO groupDesign, develop and support various monthly / quarterly reporting around Global EMRs (Executive Management Report), Business Review packs, materials for Regulatory reporting etcExtraction and mining of data from the source MIS systemsAbility to analyze the information to be able to present analysis to business and provide value added commentaryAbility to understand the changing business needs, redesign MIS and analysis around the sameAbility to handle a very dynamic work environmentSupport ad hoc requests from the business and senior managementSupport quarterly business meetings and any analysis required by senior managementProactive involvement in the business and development of infrastructure required to support reporting and analysisAnalyze, communicate and deliver on high quality MIS in stringent timelinesLiaison with the LOB teams and other support groups11. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiativesCA / MBA with 5-6 years of relevant work experienceFocus on service delivery / client satisfactionSolid organizational skills with ability to consolidate and analyze data received from multiple clientsGood analytical skills, eye for numbersAbility to interrogate and interpret financial reportsStrong accounting knowledgeStrong command of report writingGood Excel skills (i.e. data manipulation, macros, vlookups, array formulas, pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of Advanced Excel would be an added advantage.Knowledge of VBA, Tableau and Qlikview would be an added advantageGood communication skillsKnowledge of financial management, particularly in gathering/reporting on actuals, forecasts and expenses preferredExperience with benchmarking particularly activity based costing analyses preferredPrimarily EMEA shifts, may have to work on a few critical business days of the month in New York shifts.,
