Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with Project Management, Technology & Business teams to help drive Business projects
  • Perform end to end review of all deliverables sent by the team to different stakeholders
  • Extraction, mining and analysis of data from the source MIS systems
  • Ability to understand the changing business needs and redesign MIS & Analysis accordingly
  • Support ad hoc requests from the business and senior management
  • Proactive involvement in infrastructure improvement/redesign required to support Reporting & Analysis
  • Liaising with the P&A teams and other support groups
  • Hands on knowledge on BI Tools for Automation and Analytics
  • Business ownership of Technology systems and responsible for below controls :
      1. Completeness of Processing
      2. Data Integrity
      3. Data Validation
      4. Timeliness
      5. Policy and Procedure Management
      6. Management Information Reporting
Qualification :
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • MBA & Engineering background with a techno-functional alignment is preferred
Knowledge & Skills :
  • Good knowledge of technology, finance, accounting and valuation concepts
  • Ability to understand the user needs & translate it into a technical implementation plan
  • Knowledgeable in aspects of designing and constructing reports and dashboards
  • Exposure to BI Tools (Cognos, Qlikview etc),SQL Server, OracleMDM/DRM, IBM Executive Viewer, Hyperion Essbase, IBM TM1 platform would be an added advantage
  • Ability to absorb and synthesize volumes of data and draw conclusions
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Good organizational skills & planning ability with an eye for detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
  • Should be flexible with EMEA shift
