For over 160 years Wealth Management has offered customized solutions and client service of the highest quality to solve the complex needs of wealthy individuals and their families around the world.ROLE DESCRIPTIONWorking closely with the International Private Bank Client Service and Digital and Data Transformation Leadership Teams to provide meaningful data to inform Management and drive strategic priorities. The successful candidate will leverage their existing Tableau and Alteryx skills to maintain a data repository, building their knowledge of the Business allowing them to continually evaluate and enhance the existing suite of data according to the evolving needs of the Business and Client lifecycle.The role requires someone with analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset who can identify issues and partner with key stakeholders to propose potential solutions. They will be expected to provide management information in the form of data and support to the Leadership Team around priorities such as driving Client adoption of JPMorgan s online tools, strategic data modelling, Regulatory change and evolving the Service operating model.Business experience is preferred but not essential as in-role training will be provided to ensure a good level of understanding around the Private Bank. The successful candidate will receive support and feel empowered to drive their career development through knowledge-sharing and upskilling as required.REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Solid experience implementing solutions with SQL, Tableau, Qliksense, Denodo and Alteryx
  • A background in data visualization and statistics
  • Knowledge of Informatica and Python would be a plus
  • Handles complex and large structured data sets according to requirements
  • Ensures focus on data governance, longevity and scale
  • Confident liaising with colleagues across all levels and working in partnership to achieve goals
  • Has previous experience of working with Technologists
  • Organized, proactive and takes ownership of actions
  • Adaptable, flexible and ensures effective workload prioritisation
  • Builds lasting relationships and maintains strong levels of stakeholder management

QUALIFICATION:
  • Dashboards and document designing experience. Strong DW-BI Skills.
  • Experience Required: 8+ years of experience withTableau Development & Production Support
  • Working Proficiency in Tableau 8.1, Tableau Desktop, Reports and Data Visualizations
  • Strong knowledge of Tableau server architecture applying business rules and data validations.
  • Experience in Creating, configuring, and deploying Tableau Servers
  • Experience on Tableau Authorization concepts
  • Experience with creation of users, groups, projects, workbooks and the appropriate permission sets for Tableau server logons and security checks.
  • Experience in working with multiple data sources and handling large volumes of data. Experienced in conversion of data into information.
  • Proficiency in building queries for extracting data from large data sets
  • Ability to write complicated yet efficient SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) reports & dashboards. Experience in performance tuning for data extraction queries and dashboards/reports.
  • Exposure to Data Science and allied technologies like Python and R is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Engineering. Different field of study, with significant professional experience in BI Development, is acceptable.
