Domain: Mergers & Acquisitions and ValuationsRoles and Responsibility:- Managing and leading the engagements pertaining to valuations for fundraising, acquisitions, mergers, buy-outs, joint ventures, tax & regulatory and accounting purposes.- Develop deep sectoral expertise in chosen sectors and maintain a database of industry information, deal with ready reference and actively generate leads and build networks proactively develop and maintain relationships at management level.- Client management and interaction and cross sell opportunities.- Take responsibility for managing and driving a valuation engagement, should have the ability to identify and assist in generating new business.- Continue to broaden responsibility for people by taking on an appropriate internal role or initiative.- You should be able to lead and manage a team; coach, involve and develop other team members to help enhance their skills and knowledge .- Strong network of relationship amongst the valuations community or large corporates and network with internal teams , by actively promoting our values through interactions internally and externally.- You should have a complete and thorough understanding of Financial & Valuations methodologies and products (Business, Intangibles, ESOP, Option valuation).- You should be able to build a healthy pipeline of opportunities and mandates in the specific valuation areas by continuously developing technical expertise and industry/ business/ sector knowledge.- Coordinating and managing the financial, tax, commercial and operational aspects to valuations and contribute to knowledge management.Skills Required:- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.- High level of competence in verbal and written communication skills- High level of competency required in leading the valuation engagements independently.Additional Information :Qualification Required: Must be a CA (ideally first attempt/ MBA from a reputed institute)Experience Required: 5-7 years of post qualification experience in Mergers and Acquisitions and Valuations or in a similar environment.The position usually reports to: Director/ PartnerRequired Qualification :Professional degree - CA/CWANote: CA (ideally first attempt/ MBA from a reputed institute), 5-7 years of post qualification experience in Mergers and Acquisitions and Valuations or in a similar environment.,
