Job Description

  • The purpose of this role is to drive and oversee the policy and process of the MPF business, to ensure the proper control procedures of relevant business initiative are properly in place.
Regulatory & Business Conduct

This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

  • Drive, develop, implement and review the product policy and process documents and sales tools, ensure the proper platform and control in place
  • Develop business procedure, flow and guideline to support business growth and enhance client experience. Deliver trainings on the product/process initiatives for channel teams
  • Policy and process delivery; training
  • Complaint and regulatory return handling
  • Regular process and governance control review. Conduct gap analysis between the business and regulatory initiatives.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experienced in and familiar with MPF and/or relevant wealth management products and process development, preferably in bank, financial institute. Experienced in MPF Trustee, Scheme Sponsor or Administrator or MPFA will be a definite advantage.
  • Minimum 8 10 years relevant experience in which no less than 3 years solid experience in handling process and working flow. Candidate should have solid experience in dealing with compliance, risk and/or control governing parties. Proven record in policy and/or process flow write up, development, and stakeholder management;
  • Policy owner and process driver, with balanced business and risk sense. Matured-thinking, strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Self-driven, detail-minded, strong language ability. Able to drive process initiatives independently and effectively;
  • A strong team player with positive and can-do attitude; collaborative style. Respect differences. Able to work under strong pressure and dynamic cultural environment.
