Role SummaryYou will directly collaborate with sales, business development teams, and customers primarily in India and APAC region and sometimes in other regions, Product development & engineering teams globally to ensure the successful delivery of new features and capabilities for in-life products, while also driving new strategic product development initiatives. You will be responsible for defining the product requirements, strategic evolution of the product, managing RFPs, and onboarding products to the Product Catalogue. As a result, you will get a global experience, as you interact with Account Teams and some of our largest customers across the globe.ResponsibilitiesBe the primary product interface in the Region and engage with sales & customers to understand Mobility & IoT challengesEnsuring the near- and medium-term portfolio product strategy & vision reflects customer requirements, competitor moves, technology evolution, and market trends, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical product teams.New business development supporting the sales teams to identify opportunities for Tata and position the portfolio with customers.Supporting customers and sales opportunities including, but not limited to, value proposition, commercial offering, overseeing contracting terms - to ensure a successful sale of the Solution in target segments.Making sure broader Product requirements are effectively managed, working with relevant teams where necessary on propositions & go-to-market, legal, regulatory & risk, security & data privacy compliance, product documentation, marketing assets, and sales enablement.Working on commercial constructs and pricing for the region in coordination with the regional sales team.Develop an expert view on a couple of industry segments targeted by Tata Communications IoT and Mobility product portfolio and work towards making it a growth tower within the portfolio.Expertise RequirementFunctional Expertise: -Product management experience (roadmap, requirements, P&L, pricing, etc.) with the ability to drive innovation and differentiation.Significant, proven, and demonstrable mobile IoT industry experience, understanding, and point of view on emerging eSIM technologies a plus.Experience and understanding of AIS 140 regulation in India and the impact on service providers.Understanding of established and emerging IoT vertical markets Automotive, Aviation, Transport and Logistics, Micro-electronics, Industrial IoT, etc. competition moves and customer needs.Experience in customer co-creation and product design innovation to develop new products.Understanding of mobile regulatory landscape is a plus.Behavioral Expertise:Results orientated, highly motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment often with some degree of ambiguity.Strategic thinking for business growth and product evolutionStrong analytical skills with strategic and commercial acumenA team player who works well with others has strong influencing skills and is creative and entrepreneurial.Highly proficient listener & consultative style with the ability to shape customer thinkingQualification & ExperienceMinimum 10+ Years of experience with minimum 2-3 years in the IoT industryKnowledge, understanding, and experience of the product management function.Engineering Graduate with MBA is preferred.Ability to work with cross-functional teams.Experience working in a multi-cultural environment across multiple time zones.,
