Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT Customer Connect manages of customer query, request and complaint via 3 mediums web chat, e mail and inbound calls. There are interactions with the customers via outbound calls as well. We have vendors to manage the same. PURPOSE OF THE JOB Analysis and derive actionable to drive and improve customer feedback scores. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Making all Inbound reports on Excel for Key Metrics Measuring and Analysis on Key Inbound Metrics Helping in managing IT issues at Call center by coordinating with our internal IT team Supervision on the vendor floor whenever required Root cause analysis of Life Insurance cases (Customer or Internal Complaint) Managing & Supporting the call center team with queries raised on HDFC Life products Interacting with multiple departments within HDFC Life to get the customers query or com KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED Should posses good communication skills and interpersonal skills Efficient in handling MS Office, (Excel, Powerpoint and Word) Good networking and relationship skills. Demonstrated analytical ability. Should posses good communication skills and interpersonal skills Efficient in handling MS Office, (Excel, Powerpoint and Word) Minimum 2 years of experience in operations from the Insurance Industry. ,
