  • The focus of the role is to deliver the analytic reports and power points within the Risk Operations team and to the stakeholders. The individual will be responsible for end to end on delivering the HR NFRTM (Non-Financial Risk Team Meeting) pack to the stake holders. Also, the Individual should understand the product and perform CST/ KCI/KRI checks.

  • Advanced knowledge and experience in MS excel and power point
  • Knowledge on M7 system
  • Understanding of the basics of risk framework and knowledge on the risk related systems is preferred

Processes
  • Establish and develop effective working relationships with various teams within GPS and stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinate with the teams within the GPS / external to get the required data to prepare the NFRTM power point presentation (pack)
  • Responsible to prepare the NFRTM pack every month and delivering it to the stakeholders on the agreed timelines
  • Follow-up with the stakeholders to get the final NFRTM meeting pack and store it in the SharePoint
  • Preparing and publishing of risk related reports to the stakeholders
  • Effective stakeholder management
  • Understanding the product and perform CST/ KCI/KRI based on the control monitors
  • Ensure to adhere to the POI s, Control Monitoring Guide and Checklist
  • Execute CST/KCI/KRI within the TAT to meet the SLA and maintain proper record and update the results in risk management system within the specified timeline
  • Ensure the control monitors test results submitted by RP must be validated on both the manual checklist and EORP system data.
  • Identify and report all exceptions on noncompliance with standard and have action plan in place
  • To manage allocation, validation, co-ordination with product team & support teams to ensure deliverables are met
  • Provide/Participate in training, RCA, Risk related forums/discussions
  • Perform and Manage Risk related activities in GPS
  • Prepare and maintain Risk related reports and Packs as per agreed schedule
Risk Management
  • Understand technical aspects of systems relevant to HR risk team
  • Apply Group and policies and processes to drive risk related matters.
  • Understanding of the basics of risk framework and knowledge on the risk related systems is preferred
Governance
  • Awareness and understanding of the risk framework, in which the Group operates, and experience on the excel and power point relevant to the role
