As an industry leader helping to safeguard client assets under custody, we have a strong focus on risk management, innovation, operational excellence, global processing and superior client service.Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Securities Services Product Control team is seeking to hire highly motivated candidates to join the team based in Mumbai and work closely with all regional product controllers to drive the dashboarding and automation agenda for the F&BM functions, primarily controllers. Roles includes below functions:Leverage technology and tools such as Alteryx, Tableau for reporting analytics and data visualization and delivery. Responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Creating the requirements for reports from business/management
  • Gather requirements for IS from the global F&BM Team
  • Understand and document various data sources and develop workflows for input data for dashboards using Alteryx.
  • Utilize data visualization software (Tableau) to enhance delivery of new and existing reporting
  • Support ad-hoc report creation/change requests to the Dashboards
  • Provide design, development and production support for new and existing reports delivered using various Business Intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage
  • MS Excel and MS Access may also be used in report design, development and production
  • Knowledge of various BI Tools such as Cognos, Tableau, SSRS and Data Modelling
  • Facilitate the performance tuning of reports and timely issue resolution of these.
  • Own and maintain inventory and be responsible for annual attestations along with business owners
  • Co-ordinate across global teams to deliver on the solutions
  • Support Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Provide support to team colleagues as required
Experience and Qualifications
  • B.E / MBA with 6-8 years experience or B.Sc (Computer Science) preferred.
  • Experience in Finance domain / BSFI industry will be an added advantage
  • Data visualization experience in Tableau, ETL experience with Alteryx
  • Excellent communication skills as will be working on global mandates
  • Excellent stakeholder management and articulation
  • Highly effective time management skills performed with minimal directions.
