Job Description

*In India, Global Markets Group is the in-house center for Morgan Stanley s Sales & Trading businesses. Our team operates as true extension of the global sales & trading desks that it is part of. It covers functions across Institutional Equities Division (IED) and Fixed Income Division (FID) ranging from those associated with Sales, Trading, Structuring, Strats, Risk Management to Business Analytics.The role is based out of Mumbai and requires working with the EMEA Transaction Management Group. The role will require a fast-learning, dynamic, pro-active and self-motivated person to assist the team in day to day activities. Responsibilities for this role would involve:

  • Generating automated Pricing Supplement for Structured Notes
  • Making sure that same information are in line across various internal systems
  • Requesting signature of the Pricing Supplement
  • Uploading documents in the system chasing for approvals if needed
  • Settlement and Listing of Trades
  • Addressing any particular issue in the system while performing tasks
  • TSY/Governance MI pack
  • Updating/checking desk spreadsheet for KIDs, FX rates, MI etc.
  • Website uploads of BPs or Supplements after updates (relevant for ETP as well)

  • BBA/ MBA with 0-2 years derivative work experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint.
  • VBA/ Macro exposure would be an added advantage
  • High degree of attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proactiveness towards learning and executing tasks.
