Apply For the Job - Assocoiate Business Development Executive Job Details Key Responsibilities: Identify new leads. Engage clients in multiple segments, Presenting Online/ Onsite Demos. Build and maintain client relationship. Close deals. Take care of clients from beginning to end, guiding negotiations until contracts are signed. Analyze trends and results to continually improve our sales strategy. Contribute to product development. Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the tech and operation team to improve the product. As this industry scales and Residential Community getting formed so does the need for world- class tools to manage the residential Community. At least 1 year of experience in sales/ business development. Fresher can also apply Know How/ Skills Must be fluent in English (Written & Verbal). Local Language will be preferred (Marathi) Excellent communication skills. You enjoy talking to clients, understanding their problems, and closing deals. Startup / ERP knowledge or experience, especially in the Mumbai/ Bangalore market, is a strong asset. Personal Attributes/ Traits Highly self- driven and diligent worker who can work on their own but also cooperate well with the team. Strong problem- solving skills.
