Job Description

Preparation of Monthly Group Consolidated Accounts Profit and Loss account/Balance Sheet/Cash flows and distribution of the same for Group reporting, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy.Preparation of Individual Subsidiary Financials - for all Group CompaniesSupport in monthly closing process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts.Coordinate the Companys annual audit with the independent auditors for the Group and subsidiaries across geographiesResolve accounting issues including evaluation and implementation of new accounting pronouncements to ensure relevant GAAP and IAS compliance.Hands on experience of Consolidation accounting for multiple subsidiaries across geographies and acquisition accounting, using IFRSReconciliation - of MIS to Statutory AccountsProvide Commentary on various Profit and loss account and Balance sheet items - Analytics for monthly reporting.Preparation and co-ordination of the quarterly reporting package with analytics and commentaryKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Manage the external Audit, review and analyse results and recommend for approval the Audited Financial StatementsOversee accounting policies and procedures to meet both current and future business modelsEnsure financial management reporting tools and processes are in place to support the on-going and future needs of the businessProvide commentary on the monthly business performance for the Profit and loss / Balance sheet and cash flowsPreparation and review of monthly management accounts also includes Investor reports / Bank reportsReview and reconciliation of various Balance sheet accounts on a on going basisImpairment review working / calculation on periodic basisCo-ordinate the SOX / IFC documentation process and support on updation of process narratives across the business,
