Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Handling Tractor billing a. Creating tractor sales order in SAP same day of recieving request from area Office b. Coordinating with accounts team for release of Sales order c. Cordinating with Area office and ensuring tractor billing. d. Cordinating with insurance team and sharing insurance policy to area office for dispatch of tractor e. Ensuring timely billing and delivery of tractors. f. Tracking collection as per billing payment terms and cordinating with accouns team for collection punching in SAP as and when received2. Dealer credit note and Vender/Transporter claims a. Maintaining schemewise dealer credit note, vender/transporterclaims issuance tracker b. Preparing dealer credit note/payment claim and fetch requsite apporvals. c. Forwarding the claim to accounts team and following up for processing the same in SAP d. Informing area office after credit note has been proceed by acounts team for their records f. ensure adherance to all required documents and compliance3. Tender Business payments/security deposits Processing a. Processing tender related payments and security depoits with the help of accounts team after getting requisite approvals. b. Following up with payment team for the relasing the payment. c. Maintaining detail tracker for payments and depoits / EMD / BG made to department for tender business. d. Following up with area office for refundable deposits after the expiry of lock in period e. Cordinating with accounts team for acknowledgement for refund recieved and get it updated in the records.4. Reports and MIS a. Preparing BDRC reports and sharing it with Senior management on daily basis b. Sharing credit note pendency tracker with accounts on weekly basis c. Maintaining datewise tractor pricing approval tracker. d. Maintaing tracker for advances made to insurance company and utilisation of the same. e. Maintaingin the data and MIS reports5. Outstanding, Tracking & follow up with customers and field team a. sending outstanding details to area office through mail b. sending letters to the customer. Preferred Industries Marketing & CommAutomobileTractorConsumer FMCG / Food Education Qualification Bachelor of commerce Preferred : Masters of commerce General Experience 2 to 4 years preferably in Sales function Critical Experience 1. Proficiency in Computers -- MS Office. SAP knowledge required 2. Good Communication Skills - Verbal as well as written.
