• Collaborate with Business Delivery, Product and Tech team to design Ops processes to deliver a solutions-oriented and client focused approach
• Have comprehensive understanding of security market products, hands on experience of Broking Operations across all segments and compliance/regulatory requirements.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of regulations affecting operational areas across Exchange segments and ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements at all times and spread awareness to the team.
• Provide extensive support to the India Ops head in delivering Ops agenda on efficiency and automation project. Closely work with global stakeholders and provide update on development, issues or support required for India franchise
• Able to design & implement robust controls and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Fair understanding of Broking operations back office system & also ensure smooth execution of BOD/EOD activities. Candidate should familiar with BAU activities Broking Operation and & able to manage seemliness implementation of changes, UAT in BO system. Working experience on Dolphin system would be added advantage.
  • Should be aware of Client Money and Asset segregation process. tighten the client money segregation process and to built reconciliation to ensure there is no comingling between client and own money.
• Should be familiar with the Broking regulatory circular, compliances and keep the team abreast of the latest circular by interpreting and timely implementation with coordination with Compliance, Technology and product control team.

o Should have beforehand experience in coordinating with the regional team members related to project and process implementations.o Responsible to manage team and capable of taking quick and appropriate decision during crunch time predominantly in volatile market.

• • Should be expertise in client servicing and a solution provider to the stakeholder as well to this team.
• The role holder is required to ensure innovative as well as effective solutions for both platform and better client experience by interacting and collaborating with various internal stake holders and external stake holders e.g. Exchanges, Banks, Depository, Custodian etc. (where required either on his/her own or through a internal or external stake holder)

What we re looking for:

• Fair understanding of regulatory circulars, compliance requirements & regulatory filings of Broking licence with Exchanges/SEBI.
• Knowledge of the securities market (Cash, FNO, CDS and IRF segment) trade processing, recons, corporate actions, daily reporting to exchange, collateral management etc.
• Solid analytical skills with ability to prepare reports/resolve problems
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, and can prioritize one s own work to achieve them

• Minimum Post-graduation & NISM certifications applicable for Security Market Operations
• Control Environment: Including risk management
• Business Skills: Including deliver solutions and decision making
• Personal & Interpersonal Skills: Including communication & influence and collaboration

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

• CA/ICWAI or equivalent
• Previous experience of managing entire broking operations.
• Fair understanding of regulatory requirements of broking, implementation of new requirements and regulatory fillings
