The Role :- Onboarding new digital ecosystem partners. - Own and deliver an independent P&L through these partners. - (These relationships can act as digital integration models for the organization and can be showcased as unique relationships, where, all stakeholders through product and process innovation created substantial value for the consumer).Responsibilities :- A subject matter expert who will identify & develop opportunities to seed insurance solutions in digital distribution channels for IRDAI registered intermediaries as well as nonintermediaries.- Delivery of both top line and bottom line business targets.- Maintaining the desired product mix and quality through persistency tracking. - Ensuring spread of business to mitigate risk of dependency on a few relationships. - Analyze KPIs, customer trends, process and platform gaps and ensuring required process improvements.- Compliance with Regulatory and Legal guidelinesBudget management:- Delivery of own channels financial targets and ensure achievement of planned revenue, acquisition of new relationships and customer acquisitions - Explore and build digital business through new path breaking disruptive models - Work closely with Operations (New Business, UW, medical & others to create & establish relevant processes for prospect funnel management, online policy issuance & other aspects of customer management - Evaluate competition products, external digital ecosystem, forecast for success and work closely with product Management team to identify opportunities for new product development & maintain leadership in relevant categories - Coordinate with internal team to payout related matters and ensure payout process is smooth,
