Job Description

CWM Account Maintenance Team supports maintenance items for Chase wealth Management advisory based clients. Processes systematic trade and money movement requests. Enables bank linkages for Chase clients as well as manages standing instructions to setup ACH (Automated Clearing House).ROLE PURPOSE

  • Processing & validating account maintenance requests on client accounts for the CWM clients
  • Coordinate with banker for missing documents and details.
  • Ensure that all requests are completed before cutoff and there is no SLA miss.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures.
  • Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations.
  • Monitor and chase queries to ensure timely completion based on deadlines/urgency/escalations.
KEY COMPETENCIES
  • Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to details.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong Client Focus: adhering to response time to client and maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Strong team player.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: can build effective business relationships with cross functional/geographical teams and coordinate with teams to action items.
  • Adaptability: effectively organize and prioritize work to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Assertiveness Skills: willingness and ability to challenge the status quo and express opinions.
