For individual investors, the business also provides retirement products and services, brokerage and banking services including trusts and estates, loans, mortgages and deposits.The Capital Markets & Securities Operations team supports the JPM Investor Community - Bankers, Investors, Financial Advisors, Client Service, and Marketing teams by servicing the brokerage product trade flows and operations their clients invest in. Core Responsibilities
    • Timely and accurate execution, validation, and verification of all instructions received from internal partners and global teams
    • Support of multiple product types (e.g. equities, fixed income, private equity, hedge funds, mutual funds) for both Domestic and International markets
    • Review, Monitor and Action against daily break items
    • Process and assure completeness of all requests
    • Prioritize workloads with scheduled deadlines
    • Respond promptly and accurately to Investor support, Marketing, Fund Admins, operations and client service requests
    • Produce high quality performance and accuracy to best meet our clients needs and expectations
    • Drive continuous improvement efforts, while reducing risk across all manual touch-points
    • Ensure adherence to all service level commitments, process controls, and escalation policies
    • Work closely with teammates to maximize efficiency
    • Proactively focus on issues and adjust rapidly to changes in the team, the market, or Wealth Mgmt to deliver sound recommendations for process improvement
    • Assist and or lead projects within the team
    • Ensure the accurate and timely escalation and resolution of all inquirie
    • Participate in Wealth Mgmt initiatives (e.g. systems conversions, automations)
    Key Skill Sets
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
    • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Assume ownership and responsibility to accomplish goals
    • Strong intellectual capacity for process improvements
    • Preferred experienced with new age tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor etc.
