Job Description

    Hi All,Very Urgent Hiring one of our Client is looking for Business Analyst/Project Coordinator & BA-Software Testers with 3 to 8 Years experience.Work Location: MumbaiJD:NBFC/BFSI specializationTechnical Product Management of various application in use by NBFC for financing and asset management (LOS, LMS, Collection management, Invoice discounting, CRM).mportant Skillsets:Engage with internal business users to understand architecture implications for new project work.Engage with business users to understand needs, using domain knowledge to provide recommendations.Strong ability to understand the business models and business processes quickly and thoroughly.Ability to convert the business requirements into software requirements while taking care of user friendly interfaces and efficient business processes. Ability to define the requirements with a high degree of detailing, UI wireframes, process flowcharts, etc.Hands on experience with UI builder tools like Figma/Sketch/InVision and flowcharting tools like draw.io/Visio/BizagiExperience in Agile product roll outs through rapid prototyping and MVPStrong data handling capabilities to analysis and improve the adoption ratesIdentify alignments and gaps between end user requirements and system capabilitiesCreate and document solution(s) of high complexity to meet end user requirements, including documentation of systems specifications.Support multiple projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams.Manage business analysis acceptance testing (BAAT).Manage and mentor team members to deliver projects QA efficientlyManages internal processes necessary for successful project implementationPerforms complex analytics/design and works autonomously, with little or no guidancePerforms research needed to execute projectsDocuments project activities to adhere to controls processesOverall insight of defects, develop and execute data.Defect analysis per different point of view, by BU, Owner, life cycle. Translate business issues into questions that can be answered with data.Develop actionable research data methodologies, predictive models and plansDesigns solutions in alignment with security architecture standards.Liaises with internal teams and vendors concerning the potential solutions.Publish project status reports on regular basis as per the requirements of the projectBasic QualificationsExpert proficiency with data querying and manipulation via MySQL/MS SQL and Java(Only conceptual knowledge of OOPs).Highly flexible, with the ability to identify, analyze and solve problems systematically in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving organizationGood experience in UML diagrams creation or similarProficient in the use of analytic tools necessary to build prototypes and requirements documents.Experience with NBFC domain would be preferredTester JD:Application- JAVA, Android, Spring, Jbeans, PHP, Express JS and ASP.NETDatabase- MySQL, REDIS, MongoDB and MSSQLIntegration- All credit bureaus, Perfios, NSDL and UIDAIPrefer immediately or within 30 days .
