Job Description

    Urgent requirment for BO (Business Objects) Developer atMumbai.Job Profile:
    • General production support including Web Intelligence Report Development and maintenance
    • Working on the assigned set of requests related to changes in existing report or development of new reports
    • Testing and Validation of Report data with database
    • Identify and investigate root cause of data discrepancy in report
    Competencies
    • Reporting Tools: Business Objects 4.1 or higher. Crystal knowledge is added advantage
    • Database: SQL Server 2005/8/12 and/or Oracle 8/9/10
    • Programming Language : PL/SQL
    • Operating Systems: Windows Server 2003 / 2000 / XP
    Required Skillset
    • 3-5 years in experience in DW/BI development specifically using SAP BO product Suite
    • Must have experience in SAP BO 4.1 and higher version
    • Should be proficient in design and development of complex Web Intelligence report
    • Should be able to understand and modify complex universe queries, design and use the functionalities of Web Intelligence tool.
    • Should be able to design & develop BO Universes using UDT and IDT
    • Should be able to understand business requirements and design BO universe and reports.
    • Knowledge of BO Administration is a big plus
    • Must have very strong SQL skills. Understanding of database architecture, query optimization, advanced analytics features, with experience in writing PL/SQL and stored procedures.
    • Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task on several projects and overcome challenges.
    • Familiarity with the identification and resolution of data quality issues.
    • An ability to independently research and solve complex technical problems, and think creatively.
    • Great team player with a passion to collaborate and harness synergies with colleagues.
