Job Description

    - Responsible for Brand building, equity, trials & loyalty of the assigned brand/s- Development & execution of future extension pipeline- Responsible for growth and profitability of the Brand - Develop Marketing programs to drive brand to max potential- Consumer Insighting for brand strategy & innovation- Media planning & execution of ATL & BTL for the brand- Lead communication development on the brand including digital content and platform marketing- Close interaction with sales and channel teams to drive brand growth through effective channel marketing initiatives- E-comm Range & Performance Marketing- He/she will craft & launch a new range of premium products for ecommerce.- He/she will be responsible for working with the creative & influencer agencies to craft compelling content concepts and a sound multi-touchpoint content strategyPost-Graduation in Management (from a Premier institute)- Experience of 4 to 5 years in FMCG- Minimum 2 years of Brand Management Experience- Having Marketing experience in non food would be an added advantage- 2 years of Sales experience,
