Job Description

The Brand Manager will work directly with the companys Business Heads in driving the success of new initiatives and brands. This role includes elements of marketing, project and event management, sales, partner management, and inventory optimization. - Drive business revenues across new business initiatives and brands at the company- Develop a comprehensive annual marketing activity plan for respective brands. This marketing plan must be specific, holistic, dynamic and goal-orientated- Analyze market trends and review competition activities- Manage the conceptualization and execution of weekly on-premises and off-site events, identifying and manage key-influencer and key partner relationships- Strategize and manage entire social media initiatives and direct marketing initiatives- Explore new avenues to increase brand awareness and develop new customers- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided by retail staff and ensure they have the skills and support required for maximizing sales and customer retention - Liaise and manage the day-to-day relations of new potential brand partners- Develop, implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures required as per Retail standards across stores to drive the business and gain customer satisfaction- Monitor store inventory and plan re-orders, manage slow-moving and outdated stock, and new launches with both new and old vendors.- Manage online sales through the brand website and other aggregators - Manage new store set up - act as a liaison between brand, design team, mall team to ensure everything is as per guidelines - Conceptualize and execute marketing shoots campaigns, promotions, and events- Handle legal responsibilities and licensing related to new store management/store opening/planningDesired skills :- Experience in a start-up or a brand incubation environment is preferable- Experience in building marketing plans and launching premium/luxury brands and have an understanding of digital media platforms and tools and their current relevance- Should be well organized, mature and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement- Strong communicator with a high level of maturity,
