Job Description

Business Analyst Experience band (8-10 years) Mumbai location Detailed BA roles for various functional areas given below:-Functional areas - Retail Lending, Retail channels(IMPS, UPI, NEFT, RTGS), Corporate banking, Lending services(LOS, LMS, LCS), Retail Liabilities(CBS),Enterprise applications, Digital banking (Internet banking / Mobile banking) and Data warehousing and analytics - Only BA

  • Liaise with Business teams (sales, risk, operations) to understand business problems
  • Analyse the problems and provide the solution (from existing applications or propose a new application)
  • Document the changes/solution in form of comprehensive BRD documents
  • Analyse the BRD to ensure that they comply with the regulatory and internal policies/guidelines
  • Raise the BRD with the vendor and track the project
  • Test the releases once deployed for UAT
  • Handhold the business teams once the changes are moved to Live environment

  1. Retail Lending

  5. Retail Liabilities - CBS
