Do you know how to execute on regular business reporting and are you knowledgeable about Wealth Management products Are you experienced in working with large databases of information We are looking for candidates like that who can help us analyze, synthesize and provide insights to product managers build cohesive materials like business presentations and reports construct business metric reports support the Consolidated Advisory Program in their day to day operations area of focus include: support project management tasks provide documentation of processes and business requirements review client exception requests and review program guideline violations responsible for reviewing performance reporting templates assist program management team with onboarding related tasks provide program management with support around daily operational tasks collect and organize information for monitoring and reviewsYour teamYou will be working in the Global Wealth Management Americas Advisory and Planning Products business. We accomplish this by enabling our Advisors to deliver a planning-driven, differentiated client experience supported by industry-leading intellectual capital, investment excellence and integrated tools and platforms., a bachelors degree required, higher degree preferred 6+ years of experience in business management, business reporting or risk management a wide degree of business / product knowledge, technology savvy, and people skills familiarity working with large databases in multiple systems (i.e. access, excel) strong communication skills, to both technical and non-technical audiencesYou are: proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in a dynamic environment highly motivated, able to work independently and apply own initiative Preferably you also have: experience in Wealth Management and/or Business Reporting
