Activities Undertaken1.Customer Insight Server ManagementEnsuring data authenticity in Customer Insights server by monitoring the Server load, Crontab scheduled jobs. Also take care of DB tables creation, alteration and updates.2.Daily monitoring of data authenticity in active reportsCross checking the sale numbers from BW and database server, liaising with teams in case of any corrections.3.Development of Auto reportsUnderstand business requirements and develop the automated reports using SQL coding.4.SPOC for Analytics team to liaison with TCS and IT teamLiaising with TCS for scheduling the automated reports and IT team for server activities.5.Weekly and Monthly Trade & Customer reportingSupport Trade Analyst in publishing the Weekly/Monthly Trade reports by extracting the related data from SQL DB.6.Trade & Customer AnalysisDeveloping the logic by understanding the business requirement and extracting the relevant data and doing the analysis as per the directions shared.Skillset RequiredThe person should be a go getter with zeal to apply technical concepts in business application.
