- Understand the business challenges faced by the Business and Marketing teams, derive actionable insights and concise recommendations- Improve our understanding of Customer behavior and engagement- Design and conduct rigorous experiments on the effectiveness and efficiency of different marketing actions that will inform long term strategy- Support advertising measurement of various programs and help optimize to efficiency - Leverage customer data to increase the efficiency of our marketing spend working closely with the channel teams on campaign optimization- Update existing and create new metrics and reporting that help drive business decisionsPlan and execute on the ongoing analysis of the content consumption trends, key business drivers, and performance indicators.- Work with Marketing teams and align the management of creative, media and activation agency partners to ensure scalable and integrated marketing campaignsThe ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills, show strong ownership/commitment, have proven leadership experience in managing projects, and bring relevant insights in technology. Customer obsession is a must.- MBA from a Tier 1 premier institution - 12+ years of experience in Analytics/ Business Intelligence roles in online businesses, consumer internet / ecommerce or online Media.- Exposure to business outcome as quantified business objectives - Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with numbers- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills- Experience in leading teams and people management required,
