Job Description

  • Experience of 5 to 7 years of work experience from multiple agencies.
  • Extremely well networked in the live media industry
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in in English and Hindi
  • Having a keen interest in the technical know-how and the ability to understand and help generate flying system concepts when servicing the aerial rigging needs of an event agency, a wedding planner, a choreographer or a production house.
  • Having the ability to create opportunities with potential clients and explain to them intricacies of our aerial rigging systems services for entertainment as aerial acts, rigging for car and product launches, decor elements and push adventure based events for promotions / audience engagement activities.

What are the scope of responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the entire cycle of Developing Business in areas of All Below-the-Line Marketing Initiatives such as; Events, Roadshows, Conferences, Exhibitions, Corporate Activations, School & College Activations, Merchandising, Mall & Retail Activations etc.
  • You will be responsible for the entire cycle of Developing Business in areas of All Below-the-Line Marketing Initiatives such as; Events, Roadshows, Conferences, Exhibitions, Corporate Activations, School & College Activations, Merchandising, Mall & Retail Activations etc.
  • Pitching for new clients and bringing in new business. Also converting potential leads into clients
  • Analysing and managing potential strategic partner relationships for all Natura s Divisions
  • Selling designs and concepts to the client with a convincing pitch presentations
  • Building a good rapport with clients in order to ensure client retention, while actively being able to generate new clients
  • Demonstration of knowledge of industry and market trends
  • Approaching sales target in an efficient manner and exceeding if not meeting the given target
  • Developing a network within the Events Industry, TV & Adfilm Production Houses and Major Brands to Market Adventure Services for MICE, Aerial Acts for Stage, TV Shows & Product Launches
