Job Description

Title : Customer Relationship Manager

Business Relationship build up - with HO, Regional, Zonal office level for the current & future business requirements
Local level relationships - Branch level follow up for orders and target achievement
Local support at branch level - To handle the queries and issue resolution
Business penetration - Understand the business, products, volumes and ensure all products are covered by FinFort, no revenue leakage, additional branch coverage
BAU clients: Intermediate between Client requirements, Operations and Technology teams - Ex: license creation, etc
Sales & branch support: Trainings to all relevant staff & any other business co-ordination
Client MIS Management
New/pilot client co-ordination: Intermediate between Client requirements, Operations and Technology team
